Yes. Of course prices will be adjusted as required to be fair to everyone involved.
X Site or Program offers services that seem similar for less. Why shouldn't I use them?It is not our intent to offer the cheapest service on the net. We are trying to offer the best value in services, hosting and design that we can, to help churches. We already cut our prices considerably compared to the costs we charge businesses, because we believe that Christianity must find a place on the Internet, or risk a rift with the modern generation. Part of what we charge is because we will work with you personally. This is an organic process, and you will have all the benefits that come with dealing with a live person.
How long does it take to get my site going?Times are highly dependant on how much you are demanding, and how quickly you get us the content. You should expect days for a template site, weeks for a custom site.
Updates must be received by the 25th of the month, and will be uploaded by the 1st, unless special arrangements are made.
Can you cut us a deal if we...?Since you're dealing with a real person, you have the advantage that we may make a deal with you. These must be agreed to in writing, and are at our discretion.
We reserve the right to charge more or less based on the client and the work we predict will be required, and to refuse to take on a new customer without giving reason.
Hosting, Domain and Updating prices are not set, and may fluctuate with time.
The site you designed looks funny in...?Web design is complicated and it's impossible to have a complex site that works under all circumstances. Anyone who has ever designed in a mixed browser/platform/user/resolution environment will agree. We do our best to make sure the site works for the most people possible.
However, all sites are designed with a baseline of: Internet Explorer 7.0 or Greater / Firefox 2.5 or Greater / Chrome / Opera / Safari, and a resolution of either 800x600 or 1024x768. We minimize the use of javascript and flash, but script blocking may affect the content or the layout. Pages should scale with font sizes, but extra large or small fonts may cause graphical anomalies.
These problems are sadly unavoidable, but if you can give us specific information on the problem, we may choose to fix it, free of charge, if we feel that the problem is our error.
