Frequently Asked Questions

This article answers a few frequently asked questions. If you don't see your question below, please feel free to ask us directly.

What kind of traffic can I expect?

Traffic for a site is dependant on many factors: content (what your site is about), advertising and promotion, site age, organization, optimization and others. While some of these are our responsibility as site designer, others are up to the client, or may require additional paid services to maximize.
All websites should allow your site to become popular. However, that does not guarantee a certain amount of traffic. Ultimately, customers should be prepared to promote their site to the people the site is meant to target. Simply waiting for traffic can make for very slow growth. Can I switch packages at a later point?

Yes. Of course prices will be adjusted as required to be fair to everyone involved.

X Site or Program offers services that seem similar for less. Why shouldn't I use them?

It is not our intent to offer the cheapest service on the net. We are trying to offer the best value in services, hosting and design that we can, to help churches. We already cut our prices considerably compared to the costs we charge businesses, because we believe that Christianity must find a place on the Internet, or risk a rift with the modern generation. Part of what we charge is because we will work with you personally. This is an organic process, and you will have all the benefits that come with dealing with a live person.

How long does it take to finish my site going?

Times are highly dependant on what you need and how quickly you get us the content. You should expect days for a template site and weeks for a custom site unless special arrangements are made. We provide rush services on a case by case basis.

Can you cut us a deal if ___ ?

Since you're dealing with a real person, you have the advantage that we may make a deal with you. These must be agreed to in writing, and are at our discretion. We reserve the right to charge more or less based on the client and the work we predict will be required, and to refuse to take on a new customer without giving reason. Also be Hosting, Domain and Updating prices are not set, and may increase or decrease based on third party policies.

The site doesn't look right in ___ situation?

Web design is complicated and it's impossible to have a complex site that works under all circumstances. Anyone who has ever designed in a mixed browser/platform/user/resolution environment will agree. We do our best to make sure the site works for the most people possible. All sites are designed to look appropriate and and operate in a minimum of: Internet Explorer 8.0, Firefox 3, Chrome, Opera and Safari. We do Javascript and Flash in our sites, so installed programs and script blocking may affect the content or the layout. Certain screen sizes and settings may cause problems with a layout. These problems are sadly unavoidable, but if you can give us specific information on the problem, we may be able to fix it, and if we feel it is our mistake, we may fix it free of charge.
